Noce is honored to award its first Legacy award to the great Julius Brooks, a beloved musician & personality in central Iowa.
This program will be full of Julius's favorite music, featuring his own performances alongside Steve Charlson, Jason Danielson, Tina Haase Findlay, & many more great musicians.
In addition, an on-stage interview will be conducted, delving into the prolific career that Julius has enjoyed, from being discovered by Louis Jordan (the man who discovered Ella Fitzgerald, among others) to singing with the Ink Spots to everything in between.
A healthy portion of the proceeds for the evening will go straight to Mr. Brooks. A full bar will be available for purchase along with the normal food offerings from Noce: cheese plates from The Cheese Shop, dessert bites from Creme Bakery, popcorn from Popcorn Heaven, & other bar snacks.
